Congratulations are in order for Tinie Tempah after signing a £100,000 deal with the drink giant to become the new face of Lucozade. Word is he beat Kanye West for the top spot. I do not know if that is actually true or not, but I'm glad a Brit inked the deal, because the last time I went to the USA I didn't see any Lucozade on the shelves and NEVER have.
Some of you may have already seen the commercial getting lots of airplay at the moment featuring Tinie, Blink 182's Travis Barker and World Boxing Champion Katie Taylor.

Some may say "what the hell is Tinie doing fronting a campaign for a sports energy drink...?" Well God Bless those You Tube commentators, who made a valid point, that I'm sure most of us didn't even think of.

I like the ad a lot. It's dark, gritty, loud and energetic.
What do you think of it? Are Tinie. Travis. Taylor a good fit for the Lucozade image, or have they totally missed the mark with this one?
