Whatever height I am, whether it's 5'8 or 5'9 I'm not exactly sure, for a woman and judging by clothing standards I'm pretty tall. When it comes to dresses, it's either ultra short of ultra long. I do not do that in between length unless it's a 'occasion dress,' so when I found a seller on eBay who sold maxi dresses [which I love] specifically for tall women I was in heaven. So far I have 2 from this seller, one in black the other in a pale blue print and have my eye on the white dress and brown dress. [pictured]. They are very reputable have 100% feedback and their shipping is fast [they are UK based].

No zips, or buttons, what you see is what you get with these dresses. The whole top part is comfortably elasticated at the top which means whether you are a size 8 - 16 it will fit. No restrictions, no tight spots or figure hugging areas on the dress just slip it on and go, and it stays on. What I love about them as well it they practically hit the floor, so even when worn with 4 inch heels it's still pretty long.

So over the years whether you lose a bit of weight or gain it, it's one dress you'll have no problem getting into in the summertime.

She's Gotta Have It - Littlewoods

Winter time is coming, that means September for the UK folks. I have my eye on this padded jacket. It's only £55. I saw it last week, am still in love with it this week, which means I'm supposed to have it.

UPDATE: Got it, and at a discount too They also had the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Patent Leather shoes I've had my eye on too....discounted as well. Sorry I'm not paying big bucks for canvas.Now I have to find a decent pair of 'Boyfriend Jeans' with a long enoughi inside leg to wear with my Converse and I'll be a happy bunny.

She Had To Have It - Jaeger

I'm done! No more shopping for me. I've picked up a few bits (mainly black) over the past weeks and with what I already have I have enough clothes to last pretty much a lifetime….scratch that…a year.

This blouse has been on my mind after seeing the one that didn't look that great compared to this, look absolutely fabulous in the Jaeger store round the corner from where I work. I've never been so in love with a blouse in my life. The quality is just perfect, the shine of this shirt is like liquid, I've not seen one like it and being that I like my clothes to last, that's a must! The retail on this blouse is £199 and was reduced down to £75. I just bought the last blouse online, just like I did with those Cheap Monday Satin jeans last night, as I went back on every size except for the 6 is sold out. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MINE! And to think I was going to wait for a further reduction.

My little cousin is so cute, she was watching me try on the clothes that got delivered the other day and was watching me get ready and she said "From looking at you and Eleanor I definitely know where I get my style from." I couldn't even say anything I just had to usher her over for a kiss. You damn right baby girl and don't you forget it.

She Had To Have It - Jones Bootmaker

This is so NOT my shoe store. I happened to be on my way to the tube station on the way home and just popped in because I know they did my size. I happen to be a UK 9 [US 11], I don't feel any way about my shoe size [like I'm supposed to be embarrassed or something] I'm in total proportion with my height [5'8], and funnily enough people never believe me when I tell them I'm a 9 they always guess 7 or 8, so I know I don't look like I possess boats. Anyhow I digress....

I order pretty much 95% of my shoes from US stores and have them shipped over...cheaper...more bang for my buck...more choice...more style...more leather options.

I only do leather and patent leather where I can. None of this plastic Primark rubbish on my feet, I've had two foot operations in the past 6 years [cut right open, bones sawn and screwed back in place] so I take extra care of my feet where I notice a lot of people don't even give it a second thought. When you are out of it for two months at a time and cannot walk you learn to appreciate the use of your legs and feet like no other. There I bloody go digressing again...

So shoes...yes! I basically bought a pair if I'd have seen online wouldn't have even blinked twice at. I was surprised there were 9's to choose from and this one fit like a glove.

Reduced from £120 to £49 this shoe I can HONESTLY say looks so much better in person and on than in the picture. It does it no justice. Even the 'unattractive heel' [I'm strictly a stiletto girl 95% of the time] works for me.

Makes sense really. Most of the pretty shoes I've seen look like hot trash up close.

They fit and were comfortable. Not much breaking in it seems either, although I will still be using my shoe stretch spray and stretching each shoe a little before wear.

The model is called One Cookson and they also come in grey and actually has a hidden platform.

Makes me wonder how many other shoes I've left behind because I thought they looked a lil off when online shopping.

I'm gonna call this my ugly/pretty shoe. Ugly picture. Pretty on me. This is like dating an ugly man who has a beautiful personality but brings out the best in you...But they'll only be seen at the office!
