- Between the ages of 18 and 49
- In good general health
- Weigh more than 7 stone 12lbs
- Not be HIV-positive
- Not have severe heart disease
- Not have a history of cancer
- Not have autoimmune disorders such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis
- Not have severe asthma (daily inhalers are acceptable)
- Not have diabetes requiring insulin
- Not have hepatitis
- Not have epilepsy
- Not have chronic or severe back problems (history of back surgery needs evaluation)
If so, YOU can help save a life by donating an hour of your time, to fill in a few forms and simply spit into a sterile container.

You don't have to be black to donate to ACLT. I went to the last donation drive and saw other ethnicities donating. All are welcome!
There are only 0.01% of Black donors registered in the UK. That's not enough! So if you live in London, are eligible to donate and shook your head at that statistic help ACLT to increase that number.
Spread the word on the Twitter, Facebook, word of mouth, BBM broadcasts (put it to good use for a change) and e-mail and get along to one of the upcoming drives in the London area to do your part and potentially save lives.
