I NEVER apply my lip gloss on bare lips. The colour and the application always is a little lacklustre in my opinion. A simple smearing of Vaseline on smooth lips prior to the gloss adds in a glossier finish, longer lasting and a better colour all round. You'll end up using less gloss in the process too!ALSO Take off your gloss when re-applying with a tissue, then start over. A fresh application looks better than a touched up one. Plus a quick exfoliating with the tissue to remove dead and glossed up skin never hurt either.
