Two very well known short and simple sayings we repeat to ourselves over and over again in the course of our lifetimes.

If I have to wait [be patient] I let my frustration be known.

I can't help it. I'm a vocal person. I like to get things off my chest.

But do you ever get tired of talking?

Sometimes silence is golden, yet it can be extremely deafening, which brings true understanding to the meaning of "some things are better left unsaid."
