Here's a quick and cheap fix:
- Squirt a few pumps of your favourite hand wash into your hand.
- Add some table salt or dead sea salt if you have it. [Half to three quarters of a teaspoon will do]
- Rub hands together, paying close attention to in between the fingers where it can get particularly dry.
- Continue this for 1-2 minutes and then rinse off.
- Dry hands and apply lotion.
You'll notice your lotion application will be much smoother and your hands feel much softer.
You can do this for the feet too [It works better wearing plastic/latex gloves when scrubbing and using dead sea salt where the grains are larger] and add a drop of oil to it also if you like for extra moisture. I recommend olive oil for both hands and feet.
If you try it, let me know what you think.
will definitely be doing this!!!
